Who we are
Tire Shop Playbook is built by people who work in the tire business every day, supplying independent shops. Every tool comes from real counter and bay problems, not theory.
What we make
Practical tools for independent tire and auto repair shop owners: spreadsheet kits, SOPs and marketing kits that help you quote faster, price for real margin and run a tighter shop.
Everything is built around how a real shop works: the counter, the bays and the numbers. The spreadsheets work in Google Sheets and Excel. The SOPs and forms are editable Word files with PDF copies. No subscriptions, no software to learn.
How every kit is built
- Type in the yellow cells. Grey cells calculate. You don't write formulas.
- No macros, no add-ons. Standard formulas, dropdowns and conditional formatting.
- A Quick Start Guide (PDF) with every kit, plus example data you replace with your own numbers.
- No made-up numbers for safety work. The kits contain no torque, inflation, bead-seating or repair values. They point you to the vehicle manufacturer's spec.
- Released when it's finished and tested, not before. No preorders.
