All sales are final. If a file doesn't work, email hello@tireshopplaybook.com and we'll make it right.
Why sales are final
Our kits are digital downloads. Once a file is delivered, it can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
If a file doesn't work
Email hello@tireshopplaybook.com with:
- the name of the kit and the email address you used at checkout,
- the app you opened it in (Google Sheets, Excel desktop or web, Word or Google Docs), and
- what happened, with a screenshot if you can.
We'll work with you until the file works for you.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which handles payment, receipts and delivery. If something about a charge looks wrong, email us first so we can sort it out quickly.
